The translation of conceptual metaphor in political news

Metaphorical expressions (MEs) are abundant in political text and their translation ‎poses challenges particularly for retaining the implicit meaning. This research focuses on examining use of conceptual metaphors (CMs) ‎in Indonesian ‎political news English translation.
